All three of our Psychotherapists (RSW) offer individual 50-minute therapy sessions for people with ADHD. 

This type of therapy is right for you if you prefer a focused, one-on-one setting to discuss what you’re going through.

Us ADHDers know decision fatigue all too well, so we’ll make this as easy for you as possible —

Hype Our Focus is a 9-week group program for ADHDers who want to be part of a safe, structured therapy setting full of (literally!) like-minded people.
