ADHD THERAPY SERVICES

Here, in this neurodivergent community, and here, with us (and our ADHD brains), at The Curious Collective —

YOU BELONG HERE.

Individual and Group Psychotherapy By, With, And For The

Late-Identified ADHD Community

You were diagnosed with ADHD as a kid but didn’t really understand it then, but you’re really trying to now.

You’re trying to figure all this ADHD stuff out, but you’re overwhelmed (rightfully so!) and don’t know where to start.

You’re not even positive you have ADHD, but you deeply resonate with the symptoms you’ve been hearing about

You’re a late-diagnosed ADHDer learning how to deal with your new neurodivergent identity (CONGRATS!) and grieving your old one.

especially if…

...or something else entirely.

If you’re ADHD-curious,

we're the therapists for you.

How We Can Help the Neurodivergent Community of Ontario

Individual & Group

ADHD THERAPY SERVICES

The • Curious • Collective

Individual therapy is best for ADHDers who prefer a focused, one-on-one setting to discuss what they’re going through. It’s also great for people who are interested in long-term therapy, or have deeper, more complex issues to work through. While group therapy tends to be more structured around certain themes, individual therapy is less structured and more client-led.

WHO IT’S FOR:

50-minute 1:1 sessions booked on a session-by-session basis, typically weekly or biweekly. Varying payment options are available.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

Group therapy is best for ADHDers who crave connection with (literally!) like-minded people, and have a desire to learn more about living with ADHD both from Psychotherapists (RSW) AND members of their community.

WHO IT’S FOR:

+ 9 weeks of 90-minute group therapy sessions hosted on Zoom
+ Virtual community with other women and nonbinary ADHDers
+ Opportunity to learn new skills for living with ADHD

$115 per session

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

You have permission to feel your feelings. They make sense.

Seeking support from an ADHD therapist is an amazing first step. Making sense of an ADHD diagnosis is a process of loss and liberation; simultaneously grieving your past, accepting your present, and finding hope in your future.

As your ADHD therapists, we want you to know…

You’re allowed to self-advocate for accommodation.

ADHD is REAL, and you deserve to be understood.

& most importantly:

we are so proud of you.

WHEN YOU WORK WITH US, YOU’RE GETTING MORE THAN JUST ADHD THERAPY SERVICES — YOU’RE GETTING TRUE EMPATHY AND VALIDATION.
